Three axes, one whole

İkiz Eksen runs an organisation’s green and digital transformation together. We split our services into three axes, and each axis is one word of our slogan: first measure, then transform, then sustain. These three words are not a loose heading; they are what a technology firm owes — “whatever falls to us, with all its sub-topics.”

The logic is simple and interdependent: a process that isn’t measured can’t be transformed, and a transformation that isn’t sustained erodes over time. That is why we designed our services not as separate packages but as a closing loop.

The measure · transform · sustain loop

Every turn of the loop starts with new data. In Measure we collect real data from the field; in Transform we turn that data into action through process and software; in Sustain we make the result last with compliance and reporting frameworks. The monitoring data produced in Sustain becomes the input for the next measurement cycle — and the loop restarts.

This method is detailed on our methodology page, with each step’s inputs, the standards/tools it uses, its output and the success metric. Transformation is not a one-off project but a continuous way of working.

What problem do we solve?

The three-axis model is not an abstract preference but a response to a concrete market condition. The CBAM definitive period began on 1 January 2026, and EU companies under the CSRD ask suppliers for sustainability data. That makes producing and reporting green data through digital systems a practical necessity: first you measure, then you transform, then you report and sustain.

İkiz Eksen works at exactly this intersection. Which axis to start from depends on your current state; starting at one point and joining the loop is usually healthier than launching a large programme from scratch.
